Gentle Yoga for Nervous System Healing
This class blends slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and somatic practices to help release stored tension, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and create a sense of safety and ease in your body. Through gentle yoga postures, mindful movement, and restorative holds, we will explore the three states of the nervous system

Our workshop combines the power of sound therapy with the therapeutic benefits of hot stone therapy, creating a blissful experience for your body, mind, and spirit.

The Art of Breathing for Wellbeing
Join us for an expansive breathwork class designed to promote relaxation, release stress, and foster a sense of community. We'll start with a brief exploration of the anatomy of breath and key techniques. Followed by an immersive guided breath work session to help you unwind and let go of tension. We'll end our session with a community discussion to integrate our experiences and insights. All levels are welcome—come breathe with us!
