Do you feel as if you are struggling to show up in your daily life? Do you feel pulled in too many different directions at the same time? Are you struggling to be present?
Join us on Sat March 8th International Women’s Day to try to understand;
We will discuss the mental load for women and how this is impacting your Nervous System. Learn about the psychology behind your Nervous System and how that impacts your behaviour and daily decision-making. Erin Clark Registered Psychotherapist will bring in elements of Poly Vagal Theory, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy to help you better understand why life feels so overwhelming, especially for us women, the caretakers of our lives. She will help you explore a new pathway forward where life feels like it’s happening for you, not just to you.
With the help of Veronica Hyland and Chelsea Powell we will sample and learn about tips, tools and techniques for increasing mindfulness, calm, patience, and peace. We will also set intentions to get back on track, be more present and experience life as lighter and easier. We will join together as a community to celebrate women, what we bring to the table and how to enjoy the seat we have at the table!
