What is energy healing?

In this unique session, the practitioner blends the power of Reiki, essential oils, meditation, and various energy healing techniques to facilitate the harmonious energy flow within the client’s body. Energy, much like emotions, is something that can be felt but not seen. Everything in the universe, including the physical body, is made of energy. When blockages or imbalances occur, they can lead to mental, emotional, or physical challenges. The Reiki practice aims to clear these blockages and restore balance, allowing energy to flow freely and naturally.

The healing touch of Reiki

During the Reiki sessions, the practitioner uses a gentle, hands-on healing technique, incorporating essential oils and guided meditation to enhance relaxation and healing. Their hands are placed lightly on or just above the client’s body, channeling healing energy. This non-intrusive approach supports healing on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—leaving clients calm, centered, and rejuvenated.

The session begins with assessing the client’s energy centers to identify any blockages or emotional energy being held in the body. Throughout the session, the practitioner works through each chakra to release these blockages and restore the natural flow of energy.

What Happens During a Reiki Session?

Clients lie down fully clothed while the practitioner gently places their hands on or above different parts of the body. Essential oils and meditation are used to deepen relaxation and the healing experience. The practitioner assesses the energy centers, exploring where blockages or emotional energy may be stored. At the end of the session, clients pull an oracle card for reflection, offering deeper insights into their healing journey.
