Ruby Shah, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker
Ruby Shah is a Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Ms. Shah has more than 20 years of experience working in mental health settings including several hospitals in the GTA and community private clinics. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor, in addition to an Honours Bachelor of Science specialist degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Toronto. She holds certifications in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
Life comes with many unpredictable challenges that can leave you feeling stressed and powerless. Ms. Shah will work with you to open new possibilities and options to work towards overcoming these challenges. Her therapeutic approach includes understanding your story within the context of your unique environment, strengths, and resources. She uses a client-centered approach and will support your process of change.
Ms. Shah works with adolescents and adults for individual, family, and couples counselling. She is fluent in additional languages including Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
