Parveen Mir, Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying

Parveen Mir completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University, is Certified in Psychometric Assessments, and is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School. Ms. Mir plans to pursue registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and currently works under the clinical supervision of Dr. Erica Martin. She is a well-trained professional in her field and her goal is to support others and guide them in their struggles.
Ms. Mir believes in the power of working collaboratively with clients to explore their individual needs, strengths, and goals to work towards achieving a greater sense of coping through life’s challenges.
Ms. Mir offers treatment and supportive counselling for adults using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Ms. Mir’s services are offered in English, French, and Farsi.
